Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyTM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MyTM is operated by TM International Construction LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Services

MyTM is an online marketplace that connects clients with licensed construction and home-improvement professionals in Tajikistan. We facilitate connections but are not a party to any agreement between clients and service providers.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Service Providers

Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of MyTM. By listing services, providers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and services.
• Hold all required licenses and permits.
• Maintain professional standards and complete agreed-upon work.
• Comply with all applicable Tajikistan laws and regulations.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments between clients and providers are made directly. MyTM may charge a platform fee to service providers. All fees are displayed clearly and in Tajikistani Somoni (TJS). Pricing is subject to change with notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other users.
• Using the Platform for illegal purposes.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the Platform.
• Creating fake reviews or manipulating ratings.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyTM provides a marketplace platform only. We are not liable for the quality of work performed by service providers, disputes between users, or any damages arising from use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on MyTM — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of TM International Construction LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
